Doyin Oladimeji-Stevens is the Nigerian-American nail artist behind Opalescent Nails. Opalescent Nails began as a small idea in the fall of 2019 and came to fruition in 2020. From the age of 11, nails have been a passion and became a serious endeavor in 2022, when Doyin became a licensed nail professional.

Doyin works with gelx nails, builder gel/hard gel, and acrylic. Her speciality is nail art: the more detailed, the better. Nail art is never a question to her. The only question is how much would you like. Doyin pulls inspiration from anywhere but her favorites are fine art, jewelry, and fashion.

Doyin’s experience in corporate America has given her the skills needed to move and learn quickly in the beauty and fashion space. She is continuously expanding her education in a multitude of areas. She was one of the first graduates of the Julie K Nailprenuer program and has taken multiple nail art classes particularly from the Pamper Nail Gallery to further her growth as a nail artist.
